Free Breast Care & Other Services

As a result of the annual Especially for You® Race Against Breast Cancer, free mammograms, as well as breast-care and gynecological services, are provided to area individuals in need.

The Especially for You® (EFY) Fund includes coverage for breast, ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar and vaginal cancers.

Covered services include and are not limited to:

• Diagnostic exams and procedures – mammograms, ultrasounds, ABUS and biopsies
• Doctor’s office Visits - breast and gynecological cancer screenings, surgical consults, follow-up and annual office visits
• Genetics testing

You may receive assistance if you:

• You are without health insurance, unable to afford co-payments high deductibles or co-insurance
• Meet eligibility guidelines (must complete a short, confidential application form)
• Receive care with a participating provider

Note: Participating providers are located in Linn, Benton, Buchanan, Delaware and Jones counties.
